This is kind of old at this point (2011? Did we even have the internet then?), but today it seems worth mentioning: I am very happy with my wife.
Don’t be that guy. Besides, the day after Feb 14 is even better. Who doesn’t love half price chocolates?
I am becoming increasingly ambivalent about football in general and college football specifically. Not sure I’ll ever be able to drop it completely, but I have lost my love of the game.
While I generally enjoy the way statistics provides new ways of seeing the game, too often they get lost in trying to quantify the action and lose sight of why we watch the games themselves. That said, I did enjoy this exercise in measuring when a missed basket can be beneficial for the shooting team.
